All full-time faculty members are kindly requested to fill out the “2018 Annual Faculty Survey” online by accessing it form AIRS (follow the link “Edit/Print AFS” in the left menu of AIRS). Once the editing is complete one printed copies, without the attachments, should be submitted to the Departments.
Annual Faculty Survey deadlines for this year:
Wednesday, November 28, 2018: Academic staff submit to departments
Friday, November 30, 2018: Departments submit to Dean/Director’s office
Any changes and additions to publications (section A.1) can be submitted in the hard copy format only until Monday, December 17, 2018. In such a case, all relevant information and attachments should be sent to the Office of the Provost, via the Department Chair’s and Dean/Director’s offices.
