You must use your Turkish national identification number or Bilkent University student number when paying your tuition.
Tuition fees may be paid using one of the following three methods:
Bank branch: Tuition fees may be paid through the tuition payment menu at any branch of Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası or Yapı Kredi Bank. No bank transfer fee is charged for these payments.
Subject to approval by the partner bank, the annual tuition fee may also be paid in four equal installments. This installment option is available only to students who choose to pay the entire annual tuition fee at the beginning of the Fall semester. Students who pay the annual tuition fee in two equal installments at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters are not eligible for the bank installment plan. A new application must be submitted at the beginning of each Fall semester. For further information, please see the Installment Payment webpage.
Online banking: Tuition fees may be paid through the online banking systems of Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası, or Yapı Kredi Bankası.
Credit card: Tuition fees may be paid by credit card in a single payment. Credit card installment plans are not available. Payments may be made using Mastercard, Visa, or Troy credit cards. Payment cannot be split between two credit cards. The University uses the virtual point-of-sale systems of Garanti BBVA and Yapı Kredi Bankası.
Credit card payments must be made through the Student Review System (SRS).
