Students may choose to pay their tuition fees in installments through Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası or Yapı Kredi Bank. Under the banks’ Overdraft Account (Kredili Mevduat Hesabı) program, the annual tuition can be paid in four equal installments.
This installment option is available only to students who choose to pay the full annual tuition at the beginning of the Fall semester. Students who pay the annual tuition in two equal installments, at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters, are not eligible for the bank installment option.
The first installment must be paid no later than the tuition payment deadline for the Fall semester.
Students must follow the steps outlined in SRS – Other Services – Tuition Fees, Payment, and Installments- Apply for Bank Installments to print a “Payment plan with installments” and apply to any branch of the above-mentioned banks with this document at least 3 working days before the payment due date.
The installment plan application must be renewed at the beginning of each Fall semester through the corresponding banks.
Bilkent University Installment Office reserves the right to reject applications for paying the tuition fees with an installment plan. If the banks reject the Credit Deposits Account application due to poor credit, tuition fee payments with an installment plan is not possible.
Students who already owe payments from previous years cannot apply for tuition payment with an installment plan.

Tuition Payment Deadline for 2026 – 2027 Fall Semester:
