It is possible to pay the tuition fees in four installments through Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası or Yapı Kredi Bank. This requires opening a “Credit Deposits Account” at the bank. The first installment must be paid at the beginning of the semester before the last day of the tuition fee payment, which is listed in the academic calendar.
Bilkent University students must follow the steps outlined in SRS – Other Services – Tuition Fee Installations to print a “Payment plan with installments” and apply to any branch of the above-mentioned banks with this document at least 3 working days before the payment due date.
The installment plan application must be renewed at the beginning of each semester through the corresponding banks.
Bilkent University Installment Office reserves the right to reject applications for paying the tuition fees with an installment plan. If the banks reject the Credit Deposits Account application due to poor credit, tuition fee payments with an installment plan is not possible.
The administrative cost for tuition fee payment with four installments is 5% of the tuition.
Students who already owe payments from previous semesters cannot apply for tuition payment with an installment plan.

For all continuing students: 5 January – 19 January 2024
Tuition Payment Deadline for 2023 – 2024 Spring Semester:
