All full-time faculty members are kindly requested to fill out the “2017 Annual Faculty Survey” online by accessing it form AIRS (follow the link “Edit/Print AFS” in the left menu of AIRS). Once the editing is complete two printed copies, without the attachments, should be submitted to the Departments.
Annual Faculty Survey deadlines for this year:
Wednesday, November 29, 2017: Academic staff submit to departments
Wednesday, December 6, 2017: Faculties/schools submit to Provost Office
Monday, December 18, 2017: Any changes and additions to publications (section A.1) can be submitted in the hard copy format only until Monday, December 18, 2017. In such a case, all relevant information and attachments should be sent to the Office of the Provost, passing through the Department Chair’s and Dean/Director’s offices.
