Bilkent University Career and Alumni Office is inviting 3rd and 4th year students to participate in its Interview Adventure with Talent Hunters program.
Before starting your career, would you like to gain real interview experience with HR professionals from leading companies in a variety of sectors?
This program provides students with an opportunity to develop the interview skills they will need as they take their first steps into the professional world, recognize their strengths, and identify areas for development through professional feedback.
What Will the Program Offer You?
Students participating in the program will have the opportunity to:
- Have one-on-one interviews with HR professionals from companies across a variety of sectors,
- Get first-hand experience of what it is like to be interviewed as part of a real recruitment process,
- Receive direct professional feedback on their interview performance,
- Review and improve their CVs with the support of career professionals,
- Prepare for your interview in advance, express yourself more effectively, and feel more confident when answering interview questions,
- Gain first-hand insight into the expectations of companies across different sectors.
How Can You Participate in the Program?
- Students who wish to participate in the program can complete the following three steps through the Interview Adventure with Talent Hunters menu under Other Services at https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/srs, starting from September 24, 2026:
- Complete the application form: Indicate the sectors you are interested in and share your career goals.
- Upload your up-to-date CV: Your CV will be reviewed by the Career and Alumni Office professionals.
- Schedule a career counseling appointment: Receive feedback from our career counselors on your CV and interview preparation, make any necessary updates, and get ready for your interview.
Students who participated in the program last year will be able to take part in this year’s program directly, without scheduling another appointment. They will only need to complete the application form and upload their CVs. Participants will be matched with companies in the sectors they indicate as their preferences on the application form.
Which Organizations Will You Meet?
You will be matched with companies based on the sectors and areas of interest you indicate in your application form.
Following the matching process, the Career and Alumni Office will share information about the companies you will interview with via email.
You will schedule the date and time of your interview directly with the HR representative of the companies you are matched with.
Interview Process
Interviews will take place between November 17 and December 18, 2026.
Each interview will last approximately 20 minutes and may be conducted either online or in person, depending on the companies’ preference.
Following the interview, the HR professionals participating in the program as Talent Hunters will share feedback on your performance with you.
This feedback will help you understand what you did well, identify areas for improvement, and feel more confident as you prepare for your future job interviews.
To Complete the Program
In order to complete the program, you are expected to attend all of your interviews and fill-out the survey to be sent by Career and Alumni Office at the end of the program.
Students who successfully complete all stages of the program will be issued an Interview Adventure certificate.
