Bilkent University Career and Alumni Office is inviting 3rd and 4th year students to participate in its Interview Adventure with Talent Hunters program.
Students who apply to the program will have the chance to interview with Human Resources professionals from leading companies and major brands from different sectros. Students will also receive feedback on their interview performance and have the opportunity to start their careers with more confident steps.
Students who want to apply to the program should visit https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/srs and follow the Other Services / Interview Adventure with Talent Hunters menu as of September 19, fill the application form, upload a CV and make an appointment with the Career and Alumni Office. After the meeting, where students will receive feedback about their resumes from the Career and Alumni Office consultants, they will make the necessary updates and complete their preparations for the interviews.
Interviews with talent hunters will take place between November 10 and December 26 and each interview will take 20 minutes. Talent Hunters will give students feedback about their performance at the end of the interviews.
Students will be matched with companies under the sectors they select in the application form and will be informed by Career and Alumni Office about the companies, which they will interview via e-mail. At the end of the interviews, Talent Hunters will provide feedback to the students on their interview performance.
In order to complete the program, students must fill-out the survey to be sent by Career and Alumni Office.
Students who complete all steps of the program will be issued an Interview Adventure certificate.
