GRE: Applicants who are not Turkish citizens are to submit a GRE score (minimum combined score of 295 and 3.5 in analytical writing) in place of ALES. GRE scores are valid for 5 years and must be valid at the time of registration.
ALES: 60 (verbal)
Turkish citizens applying to the MA in TEFL program are required to submit an ALES (Verbal) score of at least 60. ALES scores are valid for 5 years and must be valid at the time of registration
English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT (at least 87) or IELTS Academic (at least 6.5 with minimum score of 5.5 in each section) or Bilkent PAE (at least C). All exam scores are considered valid for only two years and they must be valid at the time of registration.
