Our profound losses
Regarding the latest information about the fire disaster in Bolu Kartalkaya, we are deeply saddened by the loss of our alumni Duygu Aslan Doğan (MAN’08), her husband Mert Doğan (IR’08) and their children Mavi and Doğa; Alp Mercan (ME’24); Cana Karlı Tokcan’s (ELIT’03) husband Can Tokcan and their child Kemal; Bahar Özdek Tokcan’s (IAED’04) husband Atıl Tokcan and their child Atlas Kaan; and İ.D.V. Ankara Private Bilkent Laboratory Schools-BLIS 6th grade student Ayşe Maya Doğan, her mother Ayşemin Doğan and father Mehmet Cem Doğan.
We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the grieving families and communities.
We also wish a speedy recovery to those who were injured.
