Bilkent University Graduation Ceremony will be held at the Odeon in four sessions on 24 – 25 June 2025, Tuesday and Wednesday. The session schedules and associated departments are as follows:

All graduates who plan to attend the graduation ceremony are required to log into SRS between Thursday, 12 June 2025, and Saturday, 14 June 2025, at 11:59 PM to
a) indicate their cap and gown size, and
b) make seat selections for their guests
Please do not miss this deadline.
Refer to the gown size measurements on the SRS gown selection screen when choosing the correct gown size for yourself. Once you select your gown size, you will also have to pay a deposit fee via credit card: 2000₺ for undergraduate and master’s graduates, and 15,000₺ for doctoral graduates. On the day of the ceremony, you will find your cap and gown placed on your assigned seat in the Odeon, with a label that bears your name. After the ceremony, graduates may return their caps and gowns at stands outside of the Odeon or have the option of returning them to the “Cap and Gown Return Point” in Main Campus Entrance until 29 August 2025.
Graduates can reserve up to 6 seats for their guests who will attend the ceremony. SRS will display seating selections and once a selection is made, these seats will be reserved. Graduates requiring additional seats may request them via toren@bilkent.edu.tr starting 15 June 2025.
Changes to guest seat assignments can be made via SRS until 20 June 2025 at 17:30. It will not be possible to make changes via SRS after this date and time. Starting at 17:30 on 20 June 2025, graduates will be able to generate, via SRS, an “Entry Pass” with seat numbers for themselves and for their guests. The Entry Pass produced through SRS will have a unique QR code for the guests’ entry to the ceremony. Guests who do not have an Entry Pass will not be admitted to the ceremony area.
Graduates are expected to be at Odeon grounds one hour before the scheduled start time of the ceremony, which corresponds to 10:00 for morning sessions and 16:30 for afternoon sessions. They should wear their cap and gowns and be seated in their reserved seat at most 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Guests may arrive together with the graduating student or separately if they wish, but no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony. Guests must sit in their assigned seats and remain seated throughout the ceremony.
Shuttles will depart from Bilkent Metro Station to Odeon at 09:45 and 10:15 for sessions starting at 11:00, and at 16:15 and 16:45 for sessions starting at 17:30.

Graduates and guests are kindly requested not to bring their pets to the graduation ceremony area, since they are not allowed inside the Odeon.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the whole Bilkent University campus, including inside and outside the Odeon and all parking lots. Food and beverages are also not allowed inside the Odeon.
Photos and videos will be taken in the Odeon during the ceremony. The graduation ceremony will be streamed live on YouTube for those who cannot attend in person.
