Pilates; A method of exercise developed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, correct posture, improve general wellbeing of the body and quality of life.
Stretching: A type of exercise that should be performed especially after sports activities in order to increase mobility to muscles and joints, to gain flexibility and to reduce risk of injuries. Any sports training that is finished without a stretching session should be considered incomplete. Stretching exercises which improve recovery after muscle cramps and injuries are also a part of an amazing method that helps bodily and mental relief.
Yoga; A course to heal the body while making it more flexible and enduring through movements in harmony with breathing.

Aikido: Aikido is a way of discipline, based on the medieval Japanese martial arts. As a Modern BUDO evolved following the Meiji restoration, Aikido plays a role to be a mean to convey an individual to spiritual maturity through martial arts. Besides improving physical and mental wellbeing, it allows an individual to research and develop the emotional universe out of the intellect.
Kendo: Kendo (way of the sword) is a modern Japanese martial art that uses protective armor and bamboo swords.The concept of kendo is to discipline the human character through the application of the principles of the katana (sword).

Place: Indoor Tennis Courts
Beginner; A healthy and fun course where you can develop tennis skills such as holding the racket, fundamental “forehand”, “backhand”, “vole” and “service”, keeping the ball in the game in the mini court to play tennis matches with simple rules and soft balls.
Intermediate; A course where after developing fundamental tennis skills, you build on “forehand”, “backhand”, “vole” and “service” skills with “spin”, “slice”, “lob”, “drop shot”, “slam” variations of these shots to increase your game and match experience with powerful and deep shots in the full court.
