Institutional Data Analysis and Quality Management Unit (VAK) was established to collect, analyze, and report data regarding the university’s key activities and processes, making them usable for strategic management in accordance with the recommendations of the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). The unit operates under the Vice Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs and the General Secretariat.
Since its establishment in 1984, Bilkent University has been committed to being a “center of excellence in higher education and scientific research,” and today, it is recognized worldwide. The goal of the Institutional Data Analysis and Quality Management Unit is to strengthen the university’s governance processes by examining its own data through scientific methods.
The results of the unit’s work will be shared with the Bilkent community in a transparent and continuous manner.
