As part of Francophonie Month 2026, celebrated worldwide, the Department of Translation and Interpretation is pleased to organize the “Bilkent Francophonie Days” and looks forward to welcoming you. The “Bilkent Francophonie Days,” which will run for a week, will feature a variety of events. Our program, which includes a series of games and workshops open to all French-speaking students at our university, as well as performances open to anyone interested in the French language, will conclude with a closing ceremony.
All students participating in the event will receive 10 GE 250 points for each activity they attend.

March 24, Tuesday – 17:30: Creation of student teams
March 25, Wednesday – 10:30 – 12:20: “Life Is a Theater” play and performances, C Hall
13:00 – 18:00: Workshops: Workshop 1: “Language Games”, LB 106 Workshop 2: “Translation and Culture”, LB 106 Thursday, March 26 – 13:00 – 18:00: Workshops
Workshop 3: “Treasure Hunt” (Building L)
Friday, March 27 – 10:00 – 12:00: Closing ceremony, C Hall
