Sıla Sönmez has 9 years of professional humanitarian experience in Nigeria, Iraq, Jordan, Bulgaria, US and Turkey. She has worked with Norwegian Refugee Council, UN High Commissioner for Refugees, UN Development Program and Columbia University on forced migration response.
Sıla is an alumna of Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a former Fulbright Scholar.
