“Eulerian magnitude homology: diagonality, injective words, and regular path homology”

Abstract: In this talk, I will start by introducing and recalling the definitions of (Eulerian) magnitude homology and of (regular) path homology of graphs. Then, we shall focus on some combinatorial and topological properties of Eulerian magnitude homology. From one side, we will show that Eulerian magnitude homology detects the complete graph.
From the topological side, we will describe the regular magnitude-path spectral sequence, that is the spectral sequence of the (filtered, injective) nerve of the reachability category, and explore some applications to regular path homology. This is joint work with Giuliamaria Menara.
