Special Event Planned in the 1st Italian Cousine Week
The 1st Week of Italian Cousine in the World is organized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation through Italy’s diplomatic and cultural representatives involved all over the world.The initiative will take place from 21 to 27 November in 105 Countries with an agenda of more than 1,300 events including contests, conferences, tastings, thematic dinners, exhibitions on culinary themes and technical and scientific workshops.
Therefore the Embassy of Italy is organizing, with the collaboration of various local partners, a series of special events aimed to promote and share the culinary excellence and knowledge of Italy in Ankara.
One of the events planned about the history of the Italian Cusine and effect in the human health at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management is a seminar (in Turkish) on “Mediterranean Diet” by M.Sc. Clinical Dietitian Banu Topalakcı Salman.
The date and time for this event is November 24, 2016 at 10.40 am., in the Banquet Room (RC 202) of the Department.
