Composer Prof. Ken Ueno at Bilkent, March 29-30-31

Dear Bilkent University Members,

Bilkent Music Department is very pleased to announce a 3-day residency of composer/sound artist/performer Ken Ueno.

One of the most successful composers in his generation, a recipient of the Rome Prize and the Berlin Prize, Ken Ueno, is a composer/vocalist/sound artist who currently holds the Jerry and Evelyn Hemmings Chambers Distinguished Professor Chair in Music at UC Berkeley. During his residency, Prof. Ueno will work with Bilkent composers, give a lecture and a concert with trumpet player Philippe Brunet. All events are open to Bilkent community.
