For system security reasons, STARS will switch to two-factor authentication for logging into DAIS, effective 28 March 2017 at 10:00.
In two-factor authentication users first enter their current valid passwords. A verification code is then sent via SMS to the user’s mobile phone number that is registered in STARS/BAIS. As the second step, the user enters this verification code to log into DAIS.
In cases where the verification code is not received via SMS you may request for the verification code to be sent by e-mail to your e-mail address that is registered in STARS/BAIS.
Two-factor authentication for logging into the AIRS module of STARS will become effective on 4 April 2017 at 10:00.
