Elections will be held for the positions of Department Student Representative, Faculty Student Representative, Student Council Executive Members, and Audit Committee Members. These elections will fill positions with expired terms, those vacated due to graduation, and any other current vacant ones.
Department Student Representative Elections:
These elections will take place on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 10:00 to 17:00.
The departments holding elections are EDU, CHEM, MBG, PHYS, ARCH, FA, GRA, HART, PHIL, TRIN, MAN, ECON, IR, CS, ME, MUS, THEA, CTIS, and THM.
Candidacy Applications: Applications for Department Student Representative candidacy will be accepted at the Office of Student Affairs from 09:00 on Monday, September 29, 2025, until 17:00 on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Election Results: The results of the Department Student Representative elections will be announced on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 20:00.
Faculty Student Representative Elections:
The election for open Faculty Student Representative positions will be held at a meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 18:00. This meeting will include the participation of the Department Student Representatives of the relevant faculties.
The faculties with open Faculty Student Representative positions are: FADA, FAS, FBA, FE, FEdu, FHL, FMPA, and FS.
The student elected as the Department Student Representative for the Business Administration Department will directly become the Faculty Student Representative for the Faculty of Business Administration, and the student elected as the Department Student Representative for the Basic Education (Classroom Teaching) Department will directly become the Faculty Student Representative for the Faculty of Education.
Student Council General Assembly:
The Student Council General Assembly will convene on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 18:30, with all Department Student Representatives in attendance.
The assembly will determine the Student Council President and hold elections for six vacant Executive Board positions and two vacant Audit Committee positions. The President of the Audit Committee will also be determined during this meeting.
