About Çiğdem Özcan Kayabaş
Çiğdem Özcan Kayabaş is an experienced human resources professional in the tourism industry. She has previously served as Human Resources Manager at Cape Bodrum Beach Resort and HR and Personnel Administration Manager at ISS Facility Management Services. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Radisson Collection Bodrum.
She will share her experiences in talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, and career development within the hospitality sector. She has made significant contributions to improving employee experiences and developing HR strategies tailored to the tourism industry.
