2026 Mezuniyet Balosu, Bilkent Üniversitesi Kariyer ve Mezunlar Ofisi Mezuniyet Komitesi tarafından, 16 Haziran Salı günü Bilkent Otel ve Konferans Merkezi’nde gerçekleştirilecektir. 20:00’da başlayacak olan Mezuniyet Balosu’nda SAK Odeon Orkestrası ve 00:00-02:00 saatleri arasında DJ Arem&Arman sahne alacaktır.
Mezuniyet Balosu bilet ücreti 4.700 TL’dir ve detaylarını aşağıda detaylarını bulacağınız menüyü kapsamaktadır.
Biletlerinizi 2 Haziran 2026 tarihe kadar satın alabilirsiniz. Bir kişi en fazla 2 bilet alabilecektir.
Baloya katılmak isteyen kişilerin https://forms.gle/fYEpa6zVZDmPBKvV6 bağlantısındaki başvuru formunu doldurarak, bilet sayısı ve ödeme şekli tercihini belirtmeleri gerekmektedir. Başvurunuz sonrası, mesai saatleri içerisinde “ödeme yöntemi bilgilendirme e-postası” tarafınıza gönderilecektir. Başvuru formunda katılımcı sayısını belirtmeyi unutmayınız.
Balo girişleri, basılı biletlerin kontrolüyle gerçekleşecektir. Basılı bileti olmayanlar, ödeme yapmış olsalar dahi baloya giriş yapamayacaktır.
Bilet ödemesini yapan mezun ve mezun adaylarımız basılı biletlerini 15 Mayıs -15 Haziran 2026 tarihleri arasında, mesai saatlerinde Öğrenci Dekanlığı Binası’ndaki Kariyer ve Mezunlar Ofisi’nden teslim alabilirler. Teslimat sırasında aynı masada oturmak istediğiniz arkadaşlarınızla birlikte masa numaranızı da belirleyebilirsiniz.

The 2026 Graduation Ball, organized by the Graduation Committee of the Bilkent University Career and Alumni Office on Tuesday, June 16, at the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center.
The event will begin at 8:00 PM and will feature a live performance by the SAK Odeon Orchestra, followed by DJ Arem & Arman between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM.
The ticket price for the Graduation Ball is 4,700 TL, which includes the menu detailed below.
You can purchase your tickets until June 2, 2026. Each person may purchase a maximum of two tickets.
Those who wish to attend the ball are required to complete the application form available at https://forms.gle/fYEpa6zVZDmPBKvV6, indicating the number of tickets and their preferred payment method. Following your application, an email with payment instructions will be sent to you during office hours.
Please make sure to specify the number of participants in the application form.
Entry to the ball will be granted only upon presentation of printed tickets. Individuals without a printed ticket will not be admitted, even if they have completed the payment.
Graduates and prospective graduates who have completed their ticket payment may collect their printed tickets from the Career and Alumni Office in the Student Dean’s Office Building between May 15 and June 15, 2026, during office hours. During collection, you may also select your table together with the friends you wish to sit with.
Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
