“Embedding of Lattices and K3-covers of an Enriques Surface”

Abstract: In this thesis, we establish necessary conditions for the primitive embed- dings of lattices and apply these conditions to the problem of characterizing algebraic K3 surfaces that cover an Enriques surface. Using Nikulin Theory of discriminant forms, and the notion of idoneal genera, we identify all co-idoneal lattices.
