“The periodic table of higher groupoids”
Abstract: We will first discuss the definition for higher groupoids. Then we will discuss constructions of elements from one another in this table. We will see that some elements in this table are more topological in nature and some are more algebraic. Hence, by using these constructions, we will discuss some well-known connections between algebra and topology. Finally, we will discuss how these kind of periodic tables can be used to predict properties of yet undiscovered mathematical objects, just like the case where the periodic table of chemical elements led to make predictions about the properties of elements which were undiscovered.
