The Faculty of Law at Bilkent University is pleased to host the conference titled “Consumer Law in the Digital Age”, bringing together distinguished scholars and practitioners from leading institutions.
The conference will address the multifaceted impact of digitalization on consumer law, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence technologies, platform economies, and recent developments in European Union law.

The program will consist of four sessions designed to foster interdisciplinary discussion. These sessions will cover topics such as AI and consumer contracts, digital advertising and consumer protection, platform governance and regulatory approaches, collective redress mechanisms, and consumer vulnerability in digital environments.
By bringing together diverse perspectives, the conference aims to shed light on emerging challenges in the digital economy and explore how consumer law can adapt to these rapidly evolving dynamics.
The event will be held in English.
Students attending the conference will be awarded GE 250/251 points.
