Short Bio:
Ömer Zarplı received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021. His research focuses on the role of domestic politics and public opinion in economic sanctions, intra- and inter-state conflict, and human rights. His work has appeared in, among other publications, International Studies Quarterly and Conflict Management and Peace Science.
