Short Bio:
Kyungwon Suh is a Ph.D. candidate at Syracuse University, where he will defend his dissertation this spring. He has an article entitled “Nuclear Balance and the Initiation of Nuclear Crises: Does Superiority Matter?” forthcoming in the Journal of Peace Research.
