Abstract:
This session rigorously examines the utility of Critical Incident Analysis (CRIA) as a structured intervention to enhance teacher professional development. The central claim is that a systematic application of CRIA, informed by collaborative inquiry and video analysis, facilitates a necessary shift away from subjective, descriptive reflection toward critically
analytical and student-focused instructional improvement.
