“On the influence of the fixed points of an automorphism to the structure of a group”
Abstract: In this talk, we will begin by recalling Thompson’s result on the fixed point-free automorphisms of prime orders its connection with Frobenius groups. Then we give two different extensions of this theorem with its new applications.
