2024 – 2025 Academic Year Vehicle Sticker Applications

  1. All students (including graduate and doctoral students) are required to renew their vehicle stickers at the beginning of each academic year. Applications must be submitted online via the STARS system. A valid vehicle sticker is mandatory for those who will regularly enter the campus. Distribution of new stickers will begin on August 1, 2025.

  2. Vehicles without a valid sticker will not be allowed on campus starting from October 6, 2025.

  3. Undergraduate and graduate students applying for a vehicle sticker for the first time must attend the Driver Traffic Training Program organized by the Traffic Committee and pass the exam on general traffic rules held within the scope of the program. The STARS system will notify students who are applying for the first time

  4. The first Driver Traffic Training Program for the 2025–2026 academic year will be held in September 2025.
  5. Exam results will be sent to students’ Bilkent email addresses.

  6. Students who have previously obtained a vehicle sticker are not required to attend the training program to renew their stickers.
  7. The vehicle sticker fee for students in 2025–2026 is 2,300 TL (or 1,150 TL for electric vehicles). Payments can be made at the Financial Affairs Office in the Rector’s Building or via credit card through the STARS system. Please remember to bring your payment receipt when applying to SSGM.

     

  8. To obtain a vehicle sticker, you must present your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and student ID.

     

  9. The sticker fee for graduate and doctoral students is also 2,300 TL.

     

  10. If a valid sticker cannot be returned, a new one will be issued at twice the standard student fee for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, and at 2,300 TL for alumni.
