Its influence is so lasting that it has been re-made countless times throughout the years, on stage and recently as a musical.<\/p>\n<p>The number of films that have subsequently referenced Sunset Boulevard or been clearly influenced by it is legion. Its impact has never really diminished.<\/p>\n<p>Critic Roger Ebert said the film \u201cremains the best drama ever made about movies because it sees through the illusions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sunset Boulevard screens on Wednesday, March 8 at 6 p.m., in FFB6. Everyone is welcome.
