The film charts their thrilling but destructive course together.<\/p>\n<p>A leading member of the so-called \u2018Japanese New Wave\u2019 who once worked under Yasujiro Ozu, Shinoda is one of Japan\u2019s most influential directors. Critic Roger Ebert called \u2018Pale Flower\u2019 \u201cone of the most haunting noirs I\u2019ve ever seen\u2026an exercise in existential cool.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is welcome at Bilkent Cinematics\u2019 events.
