In her absence, the managers at her workplace determine that if they fire Sandra, this will allow her colleagues to earn a substantial financial bonus that year. When Sandra finds this out, she attempts—over a period of 2 days and 1 night—to convince her co-workers not to accept the bonus and let her keep her much-needed job.
