After graduating from Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design in 2000, Batu Derer continued his studies in European School of Economics and METU. He worked in several
\narchitecture and construction firms until 2005. In 2005, he established his own architectural and design firm in collaboration with Emre Omay. They accomplished several projects and received prizes in A\u2019Design Award and Competition and European Property Awards with General Energy \u2013 Head Office Fitout Project.<\/p>\n
The speech will be on his experiences on professional life. He will be explaining the reasons of deciding on being an \u201cinterior Architect\u201d and how environmental circumstances has driven his choices. He will be
\nexplaining the problems he has faced in the professional life after his education and how he coped with them. Also he will be explaining today\u2019s \u201cworking\u201d conditions and how tomorrow could be.
