Title: PROJECT URBAN DESIGN: URBAN SPACES OF DEPRIVATION<\/p>\n
Abstract: Urban spaces of deprivation provide the potential fields for design projects. Placemaking is the goal of an urban designer, and spatial deprivation is the main motivation behind this design activity. This presentation covers the challenges of such “anti-places” which require urgent intervention, through cases of urban design projects realized in the professional arena, (re)searches on the educational field and experiments within the studio environment.<\/p>\n
