Konferans\u0131n amac\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7i-i\u015fveren uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikli olarak dostane \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131ndan biri olan arabuluculuk ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren bu d\u00fczenleme \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde &#8220;dava \u015fart\u0131 olarak zorunlu arabuluculuk&#8221; kurumu ve uygulamalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan g\u00fcncel sorunlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesidir.
