Lisans programlar\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in Ge\u00e7ti\/Kald\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fini tercih ettikleri derslerden notu C veya daha y\u00fcksek olanlar i\u00e7in kay\u0131tlara SE (Satisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) notu, notu C- veya daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar i\u00e7in ise kay\u0131tlara UE (Unsatisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) notu yans\u0131t\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Lisans\u00fcst\u00fc programlara kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in ise Ge\u00e7ti\/Kald\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fini tercih ettikleri derslerden notu B veya daha y\u00fcksek olanlar i\u00e7in kay\u0131tlara SE (Satisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) notu, notu B- veya daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar i\u00e7in ise kay\u0131tlara UE (Unsatisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) notu yans\u0131t\u0131lacakt\u0131r. SE notu al\u0131nan dersler ba\u015far\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, UE notu al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f dersler ba\u015far\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f kabul edilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin SE\/UE notunu tercih edip etmeme kararlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6nceki yar\u0131y\u0131llarda ald\u0131klar\u0131 dersler \u00fczerinden hesaplanan genel not ortalamalar\u0131n\u0131 koruyacak bi\u00e7imde uygulanabilmesi amac\u0131yla, 2019-2020 Bahar yar\u0131y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in SE ve UE notu al\u0131nan dersler not ortalamas\u0131na (GPA) ve genel not ortalamas\u0131na (CGPA) dahil edilmeyecektir. Daha \u00f6nceki bir yar\u0131y\u0131lda al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olup 2019-2020 Bahar yar\u0131y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrarlanan dersler ile daha \u00f6nce al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir se\u00e7meli dersin yerine say\u0131lmak \u00fczere al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f derslerde SE veya UE notu tercih edilirse \u00f6nceki dersin notu genel not ortalamas\u0131nda yer almaya devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin SE veya UE ald\u0131klar\u0131 bir dersi ileriki bir yar\u0131y\u0131lda tekrarlamalar\u0131 lisans y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde yer alan ders tekrar\u0131 kurallar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferlendirilecek, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 durumdaki \u00f6\u011frencilere SE ald\u0131klar\u0131 bir dersi takip eden iki yar\u0131y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde tekrarlama olana\u011f\u0131 verilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130leriki yar\u0131y\u0131llarda al\u0131nacak derslerin \u00f6nko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan SE\/UE notlar\u0131na de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011frencinin ilk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 harf notuna bak\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcst\u00fcn Ba\u015far\u0131 Burslar\u0131 ve \u00dcniversite \u0130\u00e7i B\u00f6l\u00fcmler Aras\u0131 Ge\u00e7i\u015f Y\u00f6nergesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan SE ve UE notu al\u0131nan dersler ders y\u00fck\u00fcne say\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/w3.bilkent.edu.tr\/tr\/notlandirma-sisteminde-gecici-degisiklikle-ilgili-sikca-sorulan-sorular\/\">Notland\u0131rma sisteminde ge\u00e7ici de\u011fi\u015fiklikle ilgili s\u0131k\u00e7a sorulan sorular<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a name=\"en\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>University Senate Decision\u00a0[ 8.4.2020 ]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bilkent University Senate has decided to institute a temporary change in the grading system, to be valid only for the 2019-2020 Spring semester, in which distance education and distance evaluation had to be adopted at the seventh week of the semester due to the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the 2019-2020 Spring semester, in all for-credit courses, students will be given the option of choosing a Pass\/Fail grade for each of their courses within three days of the announcement of the letter grades. For undergraduate students who opt for Pass\/Fail in a course, grade C or above will be transformed to an SE (Satisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) grade and grade C- or below will be transformed to a UE (Unsatisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) grade. For graduate students who opt for Pass\/Fail in a course, grade B or above will be transformed to an SE (Satisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) grade and grade B- or below will be transformed to a UE (Unsatisfactory &#8211; Extraordinary Circumstances) grade. Courses with grade SE will be considered to be successfully completed whereas courses with grade UE will be considered to have been failed.<\/p>\n<p>With the view that CGPA&#8217;s based on courses taken in previous semesters should be preserved independent of SE\/UE grade choices, courses for which students get SE or UE grades will not be included in their semester GPA or CGPA. For courses that were taken in a previous semester and being repeated in the 2019-2020 Spring semester or an elective course being taken in lieu of another elective taken previously, the grade of the previous course will remain in the CGPA.<\/p>\n<p>Students will be given the option to repeat courses with SE\/UE grades within the conditions already present in the Academic Rules and Regulations.
