  1. Lojmanlar\u0131n ortak alanlar\u0131, odalar\u0131, e\u015fyalar\u0131 temiz ve d\u00fczenli tutulur; amac\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n
  2. Lojmanlar\u0131n mevcut mimari yap\u0131s\u0131, plan\u0131, d\u0131\u015f cephe g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcnde herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik, tadilat, ekleme veya eksiltme yap\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n
  3. Lojmanlarda bulunan demirba\u015f ve mefru\u015fat, daire d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaz ve amac\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n
  4. Yap\u0131, demirba\u015f ve mefru\u015fatlarda sonradan tespit edilen eksikler ve k\u00f6t\u00fc kullan\u0131ma ba\u011fl\u0131 giderler lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenciden tahsil edilir.<\/li>\n
  5. Lojman anahtarlar\u0131 kesinlikle bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na verilemez veya herhangi bir yere b\u0131rak\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n
  6. Lojmanlarda evcil hayvan beslenilemez.<\/li>\n
  7. Lojmanlarda misafir a\u011f\u0131rlanamaz.<\/li>\n
  8. G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde, \u00f6zellikle saat 10.00’dan \u00f6nce ve 22.00’den sonra, di\u011fer odalarda ve dairelerde ikamet edenleri rahats\u0131z edecek bi\u00e7imde g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n
  9. Acil veya \u015f\u00fcpheli durumlarda Lojman \u0130\u015fletmeleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve G\u00fcvenlik M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri oda veya dairelere tutanakla girebilir.<\/li>\n
  10. Lojmanlar\u0131n ortak kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda (banyo, mutfak, koridor) yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenli temizlik Lojman \u0130\u015fletmeleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi eleman taraf\u0131ndan yedek anahtar ile girilerek yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n
  11. Lojman giderleri do\u011frudan \u00f6\u011frencilere yat\u0131r\u0131lan burslardan kesilir.<\/li>\n
  12. Lojmanda ikamete ba\u015flarken ve lojmandan ayr\u0131l\u0131rken lojman \u00f6demeleri g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak hesaplan\u0131r.<\/li>\n
  13. Lojmandan lojmana nakillerde, tahsis edilen lojman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re nakil gideri al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n
  14. \u0130li\u015fik kesme belgesi, yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan lojmanda gerekli kontroller yap\u0131l\u0131p anahtar teslim al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra imzalan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bu kurallara uyulmamas\u0131 durumunda \u00d6\u011frenci \u0130\u015fleri Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencinin lojman hakk\u0131 iptal edilir.<\/p>\n

    \u0130HSAN DO\u011eRAMACI BILKENT UNIVERSITY HOUSING OFFICE MANAGEMENT\u00a0<\/strong>GRADUATE STUDENT HOUSING RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. The common areas, rooms, and furnishings of the flat must be kept clean and tidy; they may not be used for any purpose other than their intended one.<\/li>\n
    2. No changes, alterations, additions, or removals may be made to the existing architectural structure, floor plan, or exterior appearance of the flat.<\/li>\n
    3. Furniture and furnishings located in the flat may not be removed from the apartment or used for purposes other than their intended use.<\/li>\n
    4. In addition to any damage to the building\u2019s infrastructure, university-owned equipment, furniture, or furnishings discovered after the flat is handed over, the resident also assumes full responsibility for any expenses resulting from misuse of these items.<\/li>\n
    5. Flat keys must not be given to anyone else or left unattended anywhere.<\/li>\n
    6. Pets are not allowed in the flats.<\/li>\n
    7. Guests may not be hosted in the flats.<\/li>\n
    8. During the day, especially before 10:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m., making noise that disturbs residents in other rooms or flats is prohibited.<\/li>\n
    9. In emergency or suspicious situations, officials from the Housing and Security Offices may enter the flats & the rooms, and document their entry.<\/li>\n
    10. Regular cleaning of the common areas in the flats (bathrooms, kitchens, hallways) is done by a staff member assigned by the Housing Office, which has access to the spare key.<\/li>\n
    11. Housing expenses are deducted directly from the scholarships paid to students.<\/li>\n
    12. Housing fees are calculated on a daily basis when a student moves into or out of the flat.<\/li>\n
    13. When moving from one flat to another, a relocation\/transfer fee is charged based on the size of the assigned new flat.<\/li>\n
    14. The termination of the housing contract is signed after the relevant authorities have conducted the necessary inspections of the flat and the keys have been returned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note that failure to comply with these rules will result in the graduate student\u2019s housing privileges being revoked by the Office of the Vice Rector for Student Affairs.<\/p>\n
