\nMaterials with varying functionalities, particularly as functional, advanced or smart materials, gain increasing attention for their advanced applications in various fields such as electronics, biology, chemistry, defense, aerospace and so on. Colloidal systems, where particles ranging from few microns to nanosize are dispersed in a liquid media, are critical for many of these applications either as an end or an intermediate product. Understanding of the colloidal and interfacial phenomena enable us to improve the currently available technologies and sometimes open the doors to create new ones.<\/p>\n
