The film charts their thrilling but destructive course together.<\/p>\n<p>A leading member of the so-called &#8216;Japanese New Wave&#8217; who once worked under Yasujiro Ozu, Shinoda is one of Japan&#8217;s most influential directors. Critic Roger Ebert called &#8216;Pale Flower&#8217; &#8220;one of the most haunting noirs I&#8217;ve ever seen&#8230;an exercise in existential cool.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is welcome at Bilkent Cinematics&#8217; events.
