Each month, FAE will host a brief talk given by a student, instructor, professor or member of the community on writing (and more specifically, writing at Bilkent University), followed by an open discussion. This Thursday\u2019s talk will be given by Bilkent student Mert Onal, and is titled &#8220;Student Perspectives on the Condition of Learning English Writing in Bilkent: What Dewey Has to Offer&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is the final installment of this semester\u2019s series. We will pick back up next semester with a new series of talks. Anyone is welcome to attend any of the talks. If you would like to be involved in presenting during the next series, please contact bonar@bilkent.edu.tr, Please be advised that spaces are limited and that a diversity of perspectives is being sought.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this series is to connect all the different levels of writing teaching going on at Bilkent, with the hopes of developing a stronger communal approach.
