The central claim is that a systematic application of CRIA, informed by collaborative inquiry and video analysis, facilitates a necessary shift away from subjective, descriptive reflection toward critically
\nanalytical and student-focused instructional improvement.<\/p>\n
Biodata:
\nDr. Elanur Y\u0131lmaz-Na is a curriculum studies and teacher education researcher specializing in ecological pedagogy, teacher cognition, and technology-enhanced learning environments. Her research focuses on generating practical, evidence-based knowledge to strengthen teacher professional development and address global challenges like climate change and disaster education. She holds a Ph.D. from Middle East Technical University and has held academic roles in T\u00fcrkiye and Canada, including a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Lakehead University.<\/p>\n
