At the end of the event, our department\u2019s traditional Orhan Alisbah Mathematics Awards will be given to the most outstanding graduate and undergraduate mathematics students. The award is sponsored by the generous contributions of the Alisbah Family, to whom we are grateful for supporting mathematics in our country over generations. This year\u2019s Alisbah Award recipients are Yaman Paksoy in the graduate category, and Yusuf Nar and Uzay \u00c7etin jointly in the undergraduate category.<\/p>\n
