This can be used to determine (co)homological stability phenomena and other unstable computations. In this talk I will begin with some motivation for the study of these spaces and the case of SU(2), where the homotopy type can be completely determined. Then I will describe the stability results mentioned previously and other interesting cohomology computations. This is joint work with \u00c1ngel R.
