Bilkent 2018 Graduation Ceremonies will take place at ODEON on Wednesday, June 20<\/strong>\u00a0at 11:00AM, 3:00PM and 6:30PM. The rehearsal of the ceremony for our students will take place on June 18th.<\/p>\n

ATTENTION PLEASE!<\/strong>
\n\u2022 You are not allowed to attend the ceremony without a cap and a gown.
\n\u2022 Graduates must bring their caps and gowns to the rehearsal for a department photo.
\n\u2022 No caps and gowns will be available on the ceremony day.
\n\u2022 Make sure you pay off any fines due for the library and dorms. Otherwise you will not receive your original diploma at the ceremony.
\n\u2022 You can pick up your caps and gowns from depot of Procurement Office (FEASS basement) during the hours 9 a.m. and 4 p.m between the dates May 21-June 4\/June 11-14.
\n\u2022 Please pick up your caps and gowns in person with your Bilkent ID.
\n\u2022 The cap and gown deposit is 80 TL for undergraduate and master’s students and 200 TL for Ph.D. students.
