{"id":7318,"date":"2017-12-05T13:58:34","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T10:58:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/w3.bilkent.edu.tr\/en\/?page_id=7318"},"modified":"2025-10-02T20:45:05","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T17:45:05","slug":"erasmus-program-applications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/w3.bilkent.edu.tr\/en\/outgoing-students\/erasmus-program-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"ERASMUS+ PROGRAM APPLICATIONS FOR 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For undergraduates, if you have a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and currently in your minimum 3rd or maximum 5th registration semester\u00a0and for graduates, if you are in your 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0semester and will have a CGPA of 3.00 at the end of the semester, you are eligible to submit your applications online through the following application portal;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr\/<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Applications that are not submitted to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr\/<\/a>\u00a0are not eligible and\u00a0<u>will not be evaluated<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>Graduate students need to\u00a0\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">submit an\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">approval letter jointly signed by their thesis advisors and Graduate School Director for their participation to the program<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">You can submit your applications\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">from <strong>17 November 2025<\/strong> to <strong>1 December 2025 (untill 17.00)<\/strong>.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">You will be expected to upload your C.V. and your statement of purpose, to your online application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your ranking will be based on %50 CGPA and %50 Language proficiency. Your language proficiency level will be calculated based on your score received in ENG 101(%25) and ENG 102(%25) courses. The ranking results will be announced on\u00a0 <u>22 December 2025<\/u>\u00a0by the Office of International Exchange Programs.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the above mentioned ranking criterias;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Children of veterans and martyrs will be given +15 points. Students with disabilities,\u00a0 and those under protective care, as per Law No. 2828\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">will be given +10 points.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Those students who have applied to the program and placed in the previous years, but later cancelled their application or returned without completing the program not showing any valid reason, those who have took part in any other Erasmus+ program previously and those who are <u>applying<\/u>\u00a0for mobility to the country they hold the nationality of, will be given -10 points.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in going to a university that the language of instruction is different than English, you also need to submit an official certificate proving your proficiency level in that language. The minimum level should be B2. Those, who do not have a certificate will be allowed to take the\u00a0online\u00a0proficiency exams on Italian, Spanish, German and French that will be organized by Foreign Languages Unit.
