<\/span>\u00a0Sending the Office Memo of assignment which will be received from related Department Presidency, Dean’s Office or Directorate of Applied School to the OISEP.<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00a0Submission of the plane ticket to\u00a0exchange@bilkent.edu.tr<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00a0Sending Work Plan (WORD<\/a>) to the OIEP.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Signing and sending of the Agreement (WORD<\/a>) between the Bilkent University and Teaching Staff to the OISEP.<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00a0Signing the grant agreement (WORD<\/a>) of teaching staff who will benefit from mobility and sharing 2 hard copies with OISEP.<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00a0Sending Euro account number that will be opened in Yap\u0131 Kredi Bankas\u0131 to\u00a0exchange@bilkent.edu.tr<\/a>\u00a0by e-mail.<\/p>\n

During your Stay<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00a0Receiving Certificate of Attendance (WORD)<\/a>, which indicates realized studies at the Host Institution with dates and minimum 8 hours of teaching.<\/p>\n
