During the process, the student&#8217;s name and surname must be stated and the document showing that the wire transfer has been made, must be sent to the Registrar&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The annual tuition fee is paid in two equal installments, before Fall and Spring semester course registrations, by the deadline in the academic calendar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garanti Bank \/ Bilkent Branch<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>USD Account Number: 393-9088737<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>USD IBAN: TR10 0006 2000 3930 0009 0887 37<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>SWIFT CODE: TGBATRIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In line with the <strong>Higher Education Council\u2019s Regulation for Admission from Abroad<\/strong>, students who are eligible to register at Bilkent University and had acquired Turkish citizenship at birth but later renounced their citizenship status with the approval of Ministry of Internal Affairs, are required to pay the tuition fee for the students admitted from abroad even if they have the legal document which grants their previously acquired citizenship rights as stated in the citizenship law.
