\"\"Bilkent University Career Fair: Navigate Your Future<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Career Fair will take place on March 8 \u2013 14, 2021 via Zoom.<\/p>\n

Expanded to a seven-day event, this year\u2019s Fair will host 38 companies from a wide range of industries including auditing and consulting, automotive, consumer durables, defense, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail and education, software, technology, and telecommunication.<\/p>\n

This year, the format of the Career Fair is also refreshed to fully take advantage of the online medium. Accordingly, the Fair will take place in two consecutive parts:<\/p>\n

The first three days of the Fair (8, 9 and 10 March 2021) is dedicated to \u201cGet to Know the Companies\u201d sessions, blocks of 25-minute presentations where the company representatives will provide first-hand information about their companies and career opportunities available to Bilkent students\/graduates.<\/p>\n

The following four days (11, 12, 13 and 14 March 2021) will include \u201cMeet-up with the Companies<\/a>\u201d sessions where the students will find the opportunity to schedule appointments for face-to-face meetings with company officials to ask questions and get more detailed information about career opportunities in companies.<\/p>\n

Students can view detailed profiles of the participating companies through the following links and browse through the \u201cGet to Know the Companies<\/a>\u201d presentation schedule.<\/p>\n

Face-to-face meetings with companies will be held on 11-14 March, between 10:00 AM \u2013 08:00 PM. Actual days, slots and how many students that the company would like to meet up with during a given 30-minute slot were determined based on company preferences.<\/p>\n

You can browse through companies, see their available meeting slots, and schedule your appointments through SRS under the \u201cCareer Fair\u201d tab. This will forward you to the \u201cMeeting Port\u201d (scheduling system) where you can schedule\/change\/cancel your appointments. To schedule appointments, please follow these steps:\u00a0SRS -> Career Fair -> Application -> Meeting Port -> Get Appointment -> New Appointment -> Reserve<\/p>\n

You can view your already scheduled appointments under \u201cMy Appointments\u201d. Under \u201cMy Appointments\u201d you will see a \u201cJoin Zoom Meeting\u201d button that will become available 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for each meeting. Clicking this button will directly take you into your meeting with the company.\u00a0Please keep in mind that you can schedule\/cancel appointments with a company latest by 2-hours prior to a specific appointment slot.<\/p>\n
