Bio: Mr. Rajasingham is responsible for coordinating the Cross-Border Humanitarian Assistance from Turkey of partners who are represented in the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP). This includes agencies of the United Nations and over 200 of international, Syrian and Turkish NGOs.
Mr. Rajasingham has served with the United Nations in the field of humanitarian affairs for over 25 years in crisis countries such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Occupied Palestinian Territory and Sudan as well as at the Headquarters of the UN.
He has worked in conflict and post- conflict countries in coordinated relief programmes, as well as programming for durable solution for internally displaced people.
