  • Job Opening: Instructor in International Relations
    The Department of International Relations Bilkent University is currently seeking a new faculty member in the position of Instructor (Tenable: Spring 2016-2017).
    Bilkent University is an English-medium, research oriented university located in Ankara, Turkey. It is the country’s first private, non-profit university, and is placed highly in global rankings as one of the leading universities in Turkey. The university offers on-campus housing, International Baccalaureate schooling options for dependents, a diverse intellectual environment, and a variety of other facilities and outstanding opportunities for its staff.
    Applicants should hold a PhD in International Relations or a related field, with specialization and teaching experience on the broad area of International Law. Proven record of offering interdisciplinary courses focusing on contemporary issues in global politics is also preferable.

    Applicants should hold a PhD in International Relations or a related field, though PhD candidates with publications and close to completing their studies are also encouraged to apply. A strong publication record and promising research potential are essential.
