The final deadline for pre-ordering the Class of 2016 Yearbook is approaching.
If you are interested in buying the yearbook, follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Fill in the online form at the link https://tr.surveymonkey.com/r/YNRBM3Z or print the attached form and hand out to your Department Secretary after filling it out.
Step 2: Send 100TL to the bank account with the details given below latest by December 15, 2015. Past this date, you will have to pay 110TL. Make sure the transaction mentions your first name, family name, student number and department code.

The final deadline is December 31, 2015.
No order will be accepted and no refund will be made after this date.
